βοΈ Severe Weather Safety

Xavier's Weather started back in July 2013, when I was only 10 years old.
My family and I were on vacation at Niagara Falls in Canada when I found out that storms were expected back home. I wanted a way to share that information with friends and family, so I created a Facebook page called Xavier's Weather Channel.
What started as a simple page made by an inexperienced 10-year-old somehow became a pretty big deal! Well, at least, that's what people told me. My family thought it was super cool that I enjoyed the weather.
I kept the page updated as much as I could, but as the years went on, I got busier with school, and I eventually stopped posting as often. Then, a few years ago, I shared a time-lapse video of a snowstorm, and my page suddenly took off again. It was the coolest thing some people had ever seen, since it was so local.
This gave me the motivation to try and bring my page back and turn it into something better.
Since then, Xavier's Weather Channel became Xavier's Weather in July of 2026, complete with a more modern and user-friendly website and "app." My goal is to make local weather information easy to understand, easy to find, and as accurate as possible for the residents of Tuscarawas County.
What began as a vacation idea from a weather-obsessed 10-year-old has grown into something I'm incredibly proud of.
